I HIGHLY recommend this hotel! The best service and staff that we have encountered thus far and we’ve been skiing at numerous ski resorts throughout the US. The staff goes above and beyond and are extremely friendly. The shuttle drivers are phenomenal and they even gave us great recommendations for dinner, which end up being our favorite dinner place! I cannot rave about the entire staff and how accommodating they were for us! The complimentary hot chocolate with the beautiful views were just an added bonus! If you’re looking for the best hotel in Park City, look no further and book this hotel! I’d recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!

My family had an incredible week staying here! The hotel staff was so amazing and went out of their way to help with everything and anything. We played board games at night in the cozy lobby with hot cocoa. In the morning the fire was going and coffee was ready for us. The rooms were so clean and the hotel Shuttle was so very accommodating to take us wherever we needed to go. Shoutout to Rommel! The entire staff was so pleasant but I must say Rommel worked hard to make our entire experience the best possible. Breakfast buffet in the morning was so delicious! Again, the staff was the best! I think the kindest people in Utah must work at this hotel in some capacity! This Florida Family will be back :)

BEST NIGHT EVER! This place is EPIC! We literally had our own hot tub. Just wait till you see the rooms! Your gonna love it. Check out my videos. Unbelievable and unforgettable! A really beautiful place that is in the mountains in Park City. The staff was fantastic! There is food places within walking distance. The ski resort is so close that you can see the ski runs from your window! There is fine dining in the hotel, along with golf if you so choose. Such a perfect place for a special occasion! 😍

We stay here every year, but this year...things were a little run down to be honest. The lampshade in our room was broken, leaving just jagged glass at the top. 2 of the 3 fireplaces were non-functional. room service (from another room) left dirty, smelly dishes outside of our door for 2 days. Our hot tub was dirty enough that we passed on using it. It was once premier....now its just nice. I hope they find a way to bring it back.

This was our first time visiting the hotel. I will say that the customer service displayed by the front desk staff was SUPERB and that the services offered by the spa were AMAZING! . My preferences in the Marriott Bonvoy app. specify that the room be away from the elevator and on the top floor, in order to avoid as much noise as possible (goal was to relax, especially with working hectic work schedules and flying for several hours to reach Hotel Park City). I also called the hotel after booking the room, and an additional note was made in the system reflecting these preferences. During our first night there, we were given a room on the second floor of the hotel where we heard children all night long. Of course this is no fault of the hotel staff. The next day, we requested to be moved to a much quieter area, and we were upgraded to a cottage for the remainder of our stay (3 nights). This was such a lovely gesture— apparently a guest had “cancelled their stay”, which meant that we would be able to move to the cottage. The windows in the cottage were broken, and we had to request the cleaning staff to come in and dust the room. After speaking with the hotel manager about the windows being broken, she stated that she was “not aware that the windows in the hotel room were broken.” I’m happy that I made her aware should a family with small children come and also stay in the same room… however, a hotel manager should be aware of the quality of all of her rooms, perhaps?

Service was pretty horrible, I was relying on the hotel shuttle service as the hotel is not walkable to anything which was a huge mistake. Waited for a shuttle on Main St for 20 min, when one didnt show up I called and was informed they stopped service 12 min prior even though I had been waiting 20 min (before service was stopped) at the lower end of main st. When I asked to speak to a mgr when I got back I was told they dont get in until 11 am. To add to it when I finally got back on the bus, I see the hotel suv heading the direction I came from and was informed they were picking someone up from somewhere else. Front desk and concierge were not helpful at all and really ruined the stay as they could not help with anything. Location requires driving to main st and to the lifts and pretty much everywhere as its on a busy road not close to anything. Rooms were ok, but a bit dated and dingy..... More like a 2 star hotel at best
